Launch of YCBA Facebook Page
YCBA has opened a new Facebook page.to
- issue information about YCBA events and initiatives which are of interest to bridge clubs and a wider audience;
- publicise good news stories and celebrate successes occurring across Yorkshire in our bridge clubs.
We are reliant on our members in clubs to share your good news stories with us. You may be holding an open day, running a bridge seminar or an event you would like to advertise. In short, anything that you think will have a wider interest beyond your own bridge club.
To find the page, search for Yorkshire Contract Bridge Association on Facebook.
Please send in your good news stories and ask your members to follow our Facebook page, and hopefully our site will grow over time. We hope you will “like” our contributions and comment on them, as appropriate. You are also encouraged to share our articles on your own bridge club or private Facebook pages.
Please email your suggested text to Mark Dunkley at secretary@theyorkbridgeclub.com . All narrative should ideally be accompanied by at least one picture or photo. Facebook is a visual medium so pictures are essential.
If including people on your photos, please ensure you have permission to post their photo on Facebook.
